J R Whippet Rescue can rehome your whippet after your death if you haven’t any plans in place, giving you peace of mind.
We will treat your whippet in the same caring and professional way we do with every other whippet, however, as you know we do not have kennels so we may not be able to collect your whippet immediately. With that in mind, we would recommend that you have someone as a named temporary guardian who will be able to look after your whippet in the short term, and who will be able to communicate with J R Whippet Rescue.
We will also be asking you to complete a Surrender Form, somewhat prematurely, in order to make sure we remain totally within the law.
Some owners choose to donate to J R Whippet Rescue in their will as a thank you for looking after their whippet after they are gone, this is always gratefully received as helps fund the good work that we do.
